These were growing on the ground in a largely Sitka Spruce habitat. Caps up to 9.5 cm across. Latex white, unchanging and non staining. Taste was mild and odor not not distinct either fresh or dried. Spore print white. Spores ~ 7.0-8.0 X 6.1-7.0 microns. Q(ave.) = 1.14. Stem was partially hollow. 3-27-2013; As suggested by Noah Seigel, I'm leaning toward L. subvisidus on this collection. This species is considered "slightly acrid" (by Milk Mushrooms of North America) and While I didn't detect that, my sample bite was small and taste time brief. The Spruce habitat also fits.
