This appears to be a Cystoderma. It seem very typical in appearance. . This is growing in the ground in a line of 6 specimens under Maple and next to but not on an old Maple tree that had fallen 5 years ago. Cap 3 to 5 cm. Golden brown with wrinkles and scale like structures. Small fibrils hanging at the perimeter of the cap. A small nipple is at the center cap dark red in KOH Gills close white not attached to stem ,spore print white. Stem 5 cm with a sheath about 2/3 up with granules and scales then becoming smooth. brown
