Growing out of a hole in a tree with long stems. Notched gills, not decurrent. No sack/volva that I could see but the stem went way back into the hole and I could not get to the base of them. The mushroom is heavy and has a glossy sheen on the cap. The stipe is strong and solid with a spongy center, could be caused by bugs. None seen though. Temperature is 34F here today. Smell OK, not strong. Seem like oyster mushrooms, just different than I've seen with the long stem, the longest of which was about 4 inches. 5% KOH negative on stipe, cap and context.
