Found in the Turkey Creek Unit of the Big Thicket National Preserve. They pores appeared to have some pinkish hues and they bruised brown fairly quickly. Spore print was weak but did seem to be a light reddish brown. Spores ~ 7.9-9.9 X 3.0-4.0 microns and smooth. While they appeared to be Tylopils-like, the taste seemed mild. Thus far haven't made a match....looking for assistance from MO's eastern Bolete "experts". Possibly somewhat faded T. balloui?
