Yellow viscid caps 3.5-5.5cm with an incurved margin becoming decurved, and appearing to be tuberculate-striate. pilipellis peels about halfway in small strips (on dry specimens), White flesh; gills close, narrow, white aging yellowish. Stipe 4-5.5cm long by 12mm at the apex, white, hollow and tapering to a pointed baseOdor fragrant, taste if anything perhaps very slightly bitter after some time. KOH on cap liight orange. Chose this instead of R,. frangratissima due to the odor not being foul, fetid, rancid etc. I have been finding these for the past three years and never ID them.
