Pileus size: 3.7cm Pileus color: light brown on outer edge, darker brown on inside (radiating toward the outer edge, slightly orange Pileus surface: smooth, shiny, silky, (became wrinkled after a few days) The margin of the pileus is lined by a rusty, dark brown color (same shade as the color of the middle of the pileus and gills) When the pileus is bruised in the light brown areas, the flesh turns a dark brown color. Pileal shape: mod. indented, slightly depressed Pileus margin: rimos, uplifted Stipe color: faded brown, grey, 3/4 of the way down the stipe it turns completely grey in color. Stipe width: 0.5 cm Stipe length: 4.0 cm Stipe shape: solid Stipe surface: fibrillose Stipe base: mycelial pad Location of stipe: central Gill Attachment: attached to collar of stipe (the stipe is stained with a white substance at the gill attachment site as shown in the picture) Gill margin: crenate, scalloped Gills color: dark brown Gills width: 4mm There is a lot of space between the gills, easily separable.
