This specimen was found growing on a stick of wood that was in a pile of leaf litter; there was white rot on the end of the stick. It appeared shelf-like, growing in multiple clusters. The fruiting body is white in color, whilst the "teeth" were yellowish. It was measured to be 3.5cm long. The cap was velvety and flat, somewhat soft, with white spines hanging downward that looked like teeth. The outer edges are wrinkled and the texture is cottony where the fungus meets the wood.
