Singer Physalacriaceae, Agaricales (Стробилюрус черенковый) Tiny yellowish-brown mushroom with elastic narrow long brownish stalk Cap: 0.5-2 cm wide convex when young then wide convex with tiny gentle knob up to almost flat with slightly sunken center and thin margin; smooth, sometimes radial lined; color light yellowish-brown minor brown Flesh is very thin and whitish or brownish-white. Gills: almost free or attached with pinching out, moderately broad minor narrow, rather close and almost distant with short and very short additional gills, whitish, somewhat light yellowish- or brownish-white. Stalk: 3.5-6 cm long, 1.2-2.0mm thick, light yellowish-brown, some elastic and fibrous (fine velvety or hairy outer tube). Stalk base often looks as a tree root or long inner tube? sometimes twice longer than outer tube. Edibility: no accurate data for this location; probably edible, because the odor is weak and pleasant. Habitat: rare kind; scattered on soil in pine-tree forest with some birches and aspen. April - June.
