Thelephora vialis Schwein., Clavariaceae, Aphyllophorales Mushroom: 3-6cm wide, 4-7cv high, vase-shaped (cone-shaped), fine velvety and radial hairy, often partially overlapped and concentric colored, whitish irregular outer rim; central part is light reddish-brown and hairy; purple-brown bottom surface looks somewhat velvety with clear radial structure. Habitat: rare kind, single or small group on the ground with pine needles nearby partially rotten pine trunks and stumps in pine-tree forest with some birches. Edibility: no data. Season: July-August.
