Odour overwhelmingly garlicky when cut in half. On mixed conifer/deciduous litter. Flesh whitish, discolouring to light beige, darker brownish beige when dry. Cap: smooth and convex, light pinkish beige with darker spot on centre top, straight, margin smooth. Gills: snowy white discolouring to beige after harvesting/drying, close, free(?), not forking. Lamellulae present - arrangement more or less: very short - half radius - very short - full gill Stipe: smooth, very slender, hollow; creamy light beige at top darkening to darker reddish/pinkish beige in middle part of stem, further darkening and reddening to dark reddish brown at base. When dry, mid-brown darkening to blackish brown at base.
