And the unthinkable happened again; I'll try to explain: I went to this place to revisit the lichen considered in observation 224457; Encountered it again and took new photos for my records. Then I saw a piece of brick lying on the soil covered with apothecia, resembling those of the lichen that I finished to observe. At home, analyzing the photos there was no doubt, the apothecia were "equal" and the microscopy gave the same results than expected and that should be compared with those in observation 224457. How is this possible? In the lichen of observation 224457 the thallus is like a piece of chalk from which the apothecia emerge, being spread by the thallus.
