Initially identified as A. ocreata, except there are no oak and it not within the season. A white variety of A. calyptroderma is implied in Lincoff's description growing around Dour fir and Madrone, precisely these woods. Smooth white cap 3" dia. almost entirely covered by a white patch. No radial lines at the margin however. White spore print and other features as per Lincoff. eg. of the two growing together, the larger had lost its pendant ring but the smaller one still had it hanging. Little odor. No way I'm going to eat this, sorry. If I'm correct, it is a white Coccora.
