Based on macroscopic examination; reticulation on the stem which tapers out towards the base, Brown cap, white to light yellow pore surface. However it doesn't taper out as much as other B. edulus I have found, and I haven't found these personally at this high of elevation (over 800 ft), or in such sense deciduous forest. There was a lot of Doug Fir and some other mixed fir and sporadic vine maple.
