Stalk: 3-8cm long, white up to dull yellowish-white or dull brownish-white; 1.5-4cm thick, usually slightly enlarging down than narrowing at the base, loose or hollow in the central part. Habitat: common kind, scattered up to abundant or crowded in pine-tree forest with rare birches. Edibility: good for long winter keeping (special methods of cooking using fermentation).
