Occurrence Remarks:
Awaiting spore drop. But in the meantime I smash-mounted a bit of material and found spores that may have been squeezed out of asci (not sure if this makes sense), or maybe they're still inside asci. Material mounted in cotton blue, which seems to have been a good choice. Projections at either end of a spore are nicely highlighted in the stain (at least I think that's what the photo shows).
