Growing in mixed woods. Caps up to 4.3 cm across. Spores ~ 7.0-8.3 X 5.9-7.1 microns, subglobse to broadly ellipsoid, with spikes, partial lines and ridges. This species does show up on Texas species lists but my ID in shaky as I forgot to note the taste.
