Ecoregion: Southern Outer Piedmont Habitat: Fruiting on conifer log in mixed hardwood/conifer woods Fruitbody: Plasmodium: Salmon-colored. Fruitbodies in dense groups. Stalks ca 0.5 mm long; sporocarps cylindrical ca. 1.0 mm tall, 0.5 mm diam., yellowish-brown and dry when marture, darker brown and wet when immature. Capilitium branched and decorated with spines that are broadly arranged in spiral rings; spiral banding absent Spore_Print: Light brown Spores: Spherical; ca 9-11 µm diameter Remarks: Plasmodium just beginning to develop fruitbodies on 2019-01-01.
