Description: Original observation #371219 (Mushroom Observer)
Occurrence Remarks: Growing abundantly on a decorticated Pinus log. Ascocarps not slimy. Setae absent. Paraphyses with many septa and swollen 2-celled segments. Asci unitunicate, inoperculate and 8-spored. Spores brown and mostly 7-septate at maturity. Spore measurements: (77.9) 81 - 97.4 (118.5) Ã- (5.7) 6.2 - 8 (8.5) µm, Q = (9.7) 10.5 - 14.8 (16.4); N = 22, Me = 86.8 Ã- 7 µm; Qe = 12.5
