Baker Ranger District, Take 542 east to Mosquite Lake Rd at the Welcome store. Take Mosquite Lake Rd for 4.5 miles to FSR 39. Take 38 for 9.4 miles to the Wallace Creek bridge. Hike down Wallace Creek to the middle fork near sack and the upstream to a large ceder bg crossing. Hike up on south side to ppc - a nose between 2 draws that is forested - easy climb up to ppb - a wash at 2650 feet. Hike at 204 degrees for about 1 mile to a large talus slope and ppa - a CHNO group at lower edge. From these CHNO's hike a354 degree azm. for about 375 feet to the last large CHNO. Park and walk northwest over the bw point of the ridge and down into the Gatton Creek drainage. Follow the main stream along the bottom to the SRP on the northeast side of the stream. Total walk is about 30 chains horizontal distance. From SRP walk 285 feet at 13 degrees to the Reference point. Reference point adjustment is 58 feet at 46 degrees to point 1.
