United States, Ohio, Columbus, Maloney Park. Growing on the bark of a cut Pinus log. Monomitic with abundant clamps. Hyphae hyaline and some encrusted. Hyphoid cystidia (?) may have been present. Basidia 4 (possibly also 2) spored. Basidia 21.5 x 7.2 - 7.5 µm (2 measured). All parts inamyloid other than the spores. Spores hyaline, dextrinoid and seemingly thick walled.
